TO PROVIDE GRANTS TO ORGANIZATIONS IN THE AREA, SCHOLARSHIPS TO TUSCOLA HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS, ENABLING THEM TO FURTHER THEIR EDUCATION AND ACADEMIC GOALS, AND COSTS TO MAINTAIN AND REPAIR THE NUNN SCOUT BUILDING. MEISTER FUND: TO PROVIDE GRANTS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT SERVE THE SENIOR CITIZENS OF DOUGLAS COUNTY THAT WILL BENEFIT AND ENHANCE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE.
